Safety Notice & Physical Lockout (LOTO)

The employer enforces its own approved safety procedures. Digital status changes inside OTP FloorOps do not mechanically disable machinery or replace physical OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Defective machinery must be physically red-tagged and locked out at the power disconnect.
